Here's a picture of where DeFi activity is concentrated right now, based on live 24h volume and trending search interest — "fastest-growing" is really about which ecosystems are pulling the most trading flow.

Where the volume is

Solana is the clear volume leader, with three of the top DEXs by 24h volume running on it:

• PumpSwap (pump.fun's native DEX) — ~$1.46B daily volume, ~$4.66M daily fees, $932K protocol revenue
• BisonFi — ~$417M daily volume (no fee data reported)
• Orca — ~$365M daily volume
• Plus PancakeSwap V3 also now lists on Solana

This tracks the trending list: Solana is #7 by market cap and one of today's hottest coins, and Pump.fun (the launchpad feeding that ecosystem) is itself trending hard.

Base is the other standout — Ethereum's L2 built by Coinbase, home to:

• Uniswap V4 (~$1.56B daily volume) and V3 (~$1.2B)
• Aerodrome — the dominant Base-native venue, ~$549M daily volume, $196K daily protocol revenue, $131M TVL

Ethereum still anchors the largest single venue (Uniswap V4 across its many chains), and Hyperliquid — now a top-10 coin at ~$18.5B market cap — shows how much flow is moving toward perp-style DeFi, not just spot DEXs.
